Why should I use Adcommunal as opposed to another company?

As an independent organization, we offer a trusted 3rd party tracking to both affiliates and merchants. Our affiliates can participate in any number of campaigns aggregating their earnings and receiving one monthly check from us. We have a history of on-time and accurate payment to our affiliate members, as well as excellent support available. Basically, affiliates enjoy being a part of our network because of our service, and having your campaigns on Adcommunal will make your affiliates happy.

How can I view reports of my account activity?

Reports can be viewed online 24/7 for your convenience. You may also download reports to a .CSV format for import into popular programs such as Spreadsheet applications, databases, etc..

How do I get started, what is the first step?

The very first step is to signup as an advertiser. You will be walked through the entire setup process, most Advertisers can be running in a couple of days.

What kinds of commissions can I pay at Adcommunal?

Per Lead, Per Sale.

How are the affiliates paid, do I need to write checks?

We do all of the check writing. Affiliates are paid on net 30 terms of every month, accurately and on time.

How do you know which affiliate to credit for a sale or lead?

Adcommunal uses cookies to track users, leads, sales, clicks, etc. Upon the action on your website (such as a sale or lead), you report to us that an action has taken place, using the code that we provide to you during setup. We can pass information on our URL's to pass subids. We can also track Leads or sale through a server pixel, Global pixel or Postback URL.

How do I get affiliates?

Affiliates on our network will see your Campaign listed in the appropriate category, as well as in our "New" category section for a period of time. We also send out a new offer alert when one of your offers are added to the network, this goes out to ALL of Adcommunal affiliates.

When cookies are used, what information is available to Adcommunal?

We do not profile customers, aggregate data for analysis on customer preferences, or store any customer data. We use cookies solely for the purpose of providing an affiliate management solution, and only generic information about a customer is used.

What kind of fraud prevention do you have?

We have many automated tools in place to alert us to possible fraud. Our team also monitors the activities of merchants and affiliates alike, to make sure that there is no suspicious activity. ALL checks are reviewed before they are sent, and fraudulent users will NOT be paid ANY commissions. The fact is that most people who attempt to fraud merchants or affiliates, are not very good at it, and are easy to spot, catch, and terminate from the network. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for fraud, no exceptions, no second chances.

Who sets the commission rates?

You, the Advertiser, decide how much to pay and which types of commissions.
